These terms apply when you use the SmarTest desktop app, Android app, web app or this website. By using SmarTest you agree to them. They are meant to be read, so we’ve kept them short and in plain language.

What SmarTest is

SmarTest is a study tool: past questions, study material, lessons, mock exams and an AI tutor for JAMB, WAEC and NECO preparation. It supplements your studying — it does not guarantee any exam score, admission or result.

Activation codes

• An activation code unlocks the full desktop or Android app on one device. Codes are not transferable between devices once used.
• Don’t share, resell or attempt to reuse activation codes. If your device is lost or replaced, contact support and we’ll do our best to help.

Fair use

• The app’s content — questions, explanations, lessons, flashcards — is for your personal studying. Don’t extract, republish or redistribute it.
• The free past-question search on this website is provided for personal use; don’t scrape it or rehost the data.
• Don’t attempt to bypass activation, decrypt content packages, or interfere with the service.

AI tutor

The AI tutor generates explanations automatically. It is a study aid, not an authority — it can occasionally be wrong. Always cross-check anything that matters against your syllabus and study material.

Your data

Your study progress lives on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for using the in-app Backup feature before uninstalling or changing devices.

Changes and availability

We improve the apps continuously and may add, change or remove features. Online features (like the AI tutor and content downloads) depend on our servers being reachable; offline features keep working regardless.
