Started as a question bank
SmarTest began as a curated collection of real past JAMB questions — because finding accurate, well-organised past papers was harder than it should have been.
Became a full learning engine
The bank grew into an adaptive “mastery” engine that tracks what a student actually knows, topic by topic, and an AI tutor that explains any question in plain language.
Went offline, on Desktop
We shipped a native Desktop app so studying never depended on a stable connection — download once, then learn, practise and sit full mocks entirely offline.
Rebuilt Mobile from the ground up
The Android (and soon iOS) app was rebuilt natively for reliability — the same offline-first learning path, mastery tracking and AI tutor, in your pocket.
Opened the doors with Community
SmarTest Community launched as a free, browser-based study network — no download required to start finding your study squad.
Built a real multi-exam Data Bank
The bank now spans JAMB, WAEC and NECO — tens of thousands of real questions across every subject, all searchable for free before you ever download the app.
