No. Open the app and start immediately — no account, no sign-up, no email required. Just download and study. An optional profile lets you track progress across sessions, but it is never required.

SmarTest covers JAMB UTME, WAEC SSCE, and NECO SSCE across 26 subjects including Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Government, Literature, and more. Past questions span 2010 to 2025 — over 10,000 questions in total.
Yes, fully. Once you install the app and download your subjects (a one-time step inside the app), everything works completely offline — CBT simulator, past questions, AI explanations, flashcards, and analytics. No data needed.
As you answer questions, the app tracks which topics you consistently miss. Over time, it reweights your practice sessions to include more questions from those weak areas and fewer from your strong areas. The result is a session that adapts to you every time — not a random shuffle of questions.
First, confirm your Android version is 8.0 or higher (Settings → About Phone → Software Information). If it is below 8.0, you'll need to update or use the web app instead. If your Android version is fine, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from scratch. If the issue persists, contact us using the chat button below.
Go to the Download Manager inside the app (accessible from the sidebar or settings). Tap "Install" next to the subjects you need. This downloads the question bundles to your device. You only need to do this once per subject, and it works offline after that.
Progress is stored locally on your device. If you reinstall, the local data is cleared. To avoid this, use the Backup feature in the app settings before uninstalling — it creates a local backup file you can restore from after reinstalling.
